We’re seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in Ankeny, IA! The BCBA is responsible for the supervision of 1:1 therapists, developing and updating client treatment plans, and ensuring that each of our families receives the highest quality of care.

BCBAs will also conduct ongoing parent education sessions with their clients’ families to ensure that learning extends beyond our office. If you’d be a good fit for this role we’d love to hear from you.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Master’s degree from an accredited University
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and all applicable licensing for the State of Iowa
• Minimum of 1-year experience as a BCBA
