We’re seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team as a hybrid provider working with our Iowa offices. 

The hybrid/telehealth BCBA will be required to travel onsite regularly (at least 2 weeks per quarter) and is responsible for:

• The supervision of RBTs and 1:1 therapy programming.
• Developing and updating treatment plans based on client data and input from RBTs, caregivers, family members, and other healthcare providers/therapists.
• Staying up-to-date on industry best practices and maintaining strong ethical standards to ensure that each of our families receives the highest quality of care.
• Conduct ongoing parent/caregiver education sessions with their clients’ families to ensure that learning extends beyond our office. 

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Master’s degree from an accredited University
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Minimum of 1-year experience as a BCBA
• Telehealth experience (preferred)
