All of our employees are paid top-of-market for their roles. This means that if average pay increases, so does your hourly rate. Your pay rate will never decrease if the top market rate goes down.

Top-of-Market Pay Rate
Each employee at Midwest is paid the highest rate for their role. For example, if the average hourly rate for RBTs in Des Moines is between $15-$20/hour, our RBTs will be paid $20/hour. If that average rate increases to $25/hour we increase wages to meet that rate. Wages are never reduced if the to-of-market rate decreases.
Mental Health Days
Qualifying staff members receive quarterly, paid mental health days in addition to their PTO allotment.
