We have TWO multi-site BCBA positions available to support growing caseloads in Des Moines! 

Multi-site BCBAs in Iowa support four regional centers with clients distributed across locations allowing us to provide shorter wait times while delivering consistent, high-level ABA services to local families. 

| Core Responsibilities

As the Multi-Site BCBA, your most important role is to provide exceptional therapy services to the families who trust Midwest with their child’s care. This includes:

  • Supervising and training 1:1 therapists on each client’s individualized program
  • Conducting functional behavior assessments/re-assessments
  • Developing and updating individualized therapy plans
  • Meeting regularly with families and caregivers to provide education on their child’s therapy program
  • Preparing required clinical materials for insurance authorizations/re-authorizations
  • Analyzing data collected during therapy sessions to optimize ITPs

| Role Requirements

  • Master’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and all applicable licensing
  • Minimum of 1-year experience as a BCBA
