At Midwest Autism and Therapy, we’re not just another ABA provider—we are a mission-driven organization committed to changing lives through compassionate, individualized therapy. Our journey began with a simple but powerful vision: to empower children with autism and their families through high-quality, ethical, and effective Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Connecting kids and families the world…their world.
Families of children with autism deserve more than just therapy—they deserve hope, support, and a dedicated team that sees their child’s potential, and to create momentum from that potential. We founded Midwest Autism and Therapy to bridge the gap between science and heart, offering evidence-based ABA therapy in a way that prioritizes dignity, respect, and meaningful progress for every child we serve in a fun environment.
We chose the Des Moines metro area because we saw an urgent need for high-quality ABA services. Families here, like so many across the Midwest and country, often face long waitlists, inconsistent care, and a lack of individualized support. We’re here to change that.
Des Moines offers a tight-knit, family-oriented community, making it the perfect place to build relationships, collaborate with local schools, and provide accessible, life-changing therapy to children who need it most.
We are actively hiring BCBAs and RBTs who are passionate about making a difference. If you’re looking for a workplace where your work is valued, your growth is supported, and your impact is tangible, Midwest Autism and Therapy is the right place for you.
