We’re seeking a passionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team! The BCBA conducts supervision for their team of 1:1 therapists, while continually updating treatment plans and ensuring that every client at our center receives the best quality therapy. Each BCBA also conducts regular parent meetings to help families truly understand the therapy process and continue learning outside the center.

Role Requirements

• Master’s degree from an accredited university
• Current BCBA licensing through Iowa state
• Minimum 1 Year experience as a BCBA or ABA therapy provider

• Client services experience

• Confidence in voicing ideas for organizational improvement

• Ability to analyze data and update treatment plans accordingly
