Our Program Managers are responsible for cultivating and nurturing a fun, exciting, and rewarding culture and environment in our centers. As one of the lead voices and faces of the treatment center, the  PM is the point of contact for our families coming in and helping them onboard and begin services with us in a seamless manner. The PMs work closely with our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) as servant leaders in the center to help superintend great staff morale and client experience.

Role Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, health care administration, or related field
• 1-3 years providing administrative support in a healthcare setting
• Medical billing or coding experience (preferred)
• Travel required up to 15%
